We recognize, on occasion, something looks fabulous in the shop or online, but when you get it home, it's just not right: maybe the color is off, maybe the size is wrong, maybe it's just not the right look for your space. Whatever the reason, we don't want you to be stuck. Here is what we can do for you:
- Items purchased in the shop can be returned within 7 days, with receipt, for exchange or a full refund.
- Items purchased online can be returned within 7 days of delivery, for a full refund less return shipping.
All sales are considered final if:
- it has been more than seven days since receipt of product.
- the receipt cannot be located.
- the items were seasonal, furniture, damaged (before purchase or after), sale or clearance.
